Subject Recommendation for PRM devices



I apologize for not being able to attend the meeting. I read through what the Bahama consultants that you hired presented and explained facts thoroughly.

I agree with the fact that Bahama consultants suggested to have a more offensive strategy and go with the CRM over the Data Warehousing System. The reason why I agree with this is because having centralized IT globally, and the promptness in which we would be able to implement and return on certain advantages and return on investments of the CRM system.

As most companies would want, we are always looking for more room for improvement. With us being a global company, it would be to our advantage to expand in the future. Having markets in different areas of the world, we need to be able to implement a centralized IT system. By having this it would be to our advantage, by simplifying tasks, advance security, and save time and money with data management. We would need to set up a meeting, and bring to Human Resource’s attention that we would need to hire a few employees to fill these new opening positions and what we are looking for.

The CRM system could be set up rather quickly so we should make our decision soon. The sooner we get this system the sooner we would be able to increase our market share and rate of return on this investment. We need to act aggressively, as the consultants have mentioned this way we are a step ahead of our competitors.


For now, we should implement the CRM, and down the future we could take into consideration the data warehousing within the next few years. Implementing this system with allow our employees to deal with clients on an individual basis, which is important. Every employee would be able to understand the customer’s needs, and we would be able to develop a strong relationship with these clients to better ensure our future within the company. By having a great customer service, we will be sure to have repeat customers, and gain new customers as well for us to increase in revenue. Employees would be able to work as teams, rather than working individually this way we would be able to share data from different departments. We would be a whole reaching for the same goals.
